-     Bending rolls with independent hydraulic adjustment for prebending of the leading and the trailing edge of profile

彎曲滾輪具有單獨的液壓控制系統(tǒng)，可以控制彎曲方向和側翼輔輪的角度

-     Two speeds for adjustment of bending rolls: fast approach at high speed and accurate final positioning at slow speed

彎曲滾輪無機變速控制，進給無機變速控制

-     Lateral guide rolls with three-directional movement (axial, radial, angular) and mechanical adjustment, complete with anti-twisting cam roller for leg-in angle bending

側面的導向輪可以在軸向、徑向、角度三個方向運動同步運動，包括兩側導向輥完成的角度彎曲

-     Position of rolls referenced with linear encoders 0.1mm accurate

位置控制采用線性編碼器，精度0.1mm

-     Controls actuated via remote free-standing console

能實現(xiàn)遠程控制調整

CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS

結構描述

§   Roll shafts of Nickel Chromium Molybdenum alloyed steel, induction hardened to  hardness 62-64 HRC and ground, with journals in high dynamic load roller bearings

滾輪軸是鎳鉻鉬合金鑄剛，硬度在62-64 HRC，軸頸采用高負荷滾柱軸承

§   Set of modular bending rolls heat treated to hardness 60 HRC to insure long wear resistance

模具熱處理硬度達到60HRC，可以確保長時間的加工要求

§   Adjustable slip clutch fit on the upper roll. This device, essential on three driving roll machines, can slow down the rotation speed of the upper roll, compensating for the differing peripheral speeds between the inner and the outer side of the section being curved, in order to insure a smoother drive and accomplish bending radii more accurate than machines without this device.Besides, it protects the drive parts of the machine by stopping the upper roll rotation in the event of accidental overloads

液壓驅動：滾輪旋轉是由三個獨立的帶有行星式減速齒輪箱的液壓系統(tǒng)控制，液壓電機直接連接到每個軸上。液壓控制系統(tǒng)能夠保證上側滾輪的低速旋轉。

此外，在設備超負荷的情況下，通過停止上側滾輪的旋轉來保護設備的驅動部分依據(jù)壓力計，通過旋鈕來調節(jié)圓周速度補償。
